The Noordhoek Vintage team works hard to get your order right to you as soon as possible. Although we cannot guarantee a fixed shipping time, we can say that every order is shipped with care and speed. Our goal is to ship every order within 1-3 business days. If we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days, we will send you an email with further information.

Your tracking number is sent when your order ships and will start to work once your parcel has entered the postal network. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this. The shipping confirmation email comes from the shipping service in question.

Free shipping is only for orders from the European Union and are shipped with our national shipping service (PostNL). PostNL is the Dutch postal service that works with other postal services worldwide. It is affordable and very reliable.

DHL
We ship with DHL, this service is only available for the European Union and is available for the fixed rate of €9,99.

GLOBAL SHIPPING
For worldwide orders (outside the European Union) we use PostNL, the Dutch shipping service. This service works with national postal services worldwide and is known for their reliability. For GLOBAL SHIPPING we use a fixed rate of €25,- regardless of the country where you order.
